Terms of Service

By creating an account or using INK you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not create an account if you disagree.

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report compromise. You are responsible for activity you authorize. You may not access another account, evade restrictions, impersonate others, scrape INK, operate abusive bots, reverse engineer protected systems or interfere with security.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant INK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the service according to your settings. The licence ends after deletion except for content others legitimately reshared and limited backups or legal records.

You may not post or send unlawful content, harassment, hate, credible threats, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, malware, scams, regulated illegal goods, terrorism support, dangerous exploitation, copyright infringement, spam or coordinated manipulation. The Community Guidelines provide details.

Do not use communications to harass, deceive or exploit. Obtain legally required consent before recording a call. INK is not an emergency service and does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.

AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review output before relying on it. Enabling auto-response authorizes INK to process eligible incoming messages under your settings and send responses on your behalf. You remain responsible for configuration and must take over high-risk conversations. Other INK users are informed through the AI Transparency Notice that conversations may include automated responses.

INK may investigate, reduce distribution, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts based on severity, context, history and safety risk. Where available, affected users may appeal. We may preserve evidence required for safety or law.

Third-party content and services have their own terms. INK may modify or discontinue features and will provide appropriate notice of material contractual changes. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance only where legally valid.

INK is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, preservation of content or suitability of AI output. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Final production limitation and dispute language must be reviewed under Nigerian consumer and contract law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory rights applicable to you. Contact support@inkapp.name.ng before commencing a dispute so we can attempt resolution. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
