Copyright & Trademark Policy
How rights holders and users submit and challenge complaints.
Complaints
Send complaints to copyright@inkapp.name.ng with your identity, contact details, the protected work, exact INK location, authority to act, a good-faith statement, accuracy statement and signature.
Response and counter-notice
INK may restrict content, request information and notify the uploader. An uploader may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the basis for restoration and providing legally required statements. INK may restore content when appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers.
Privacy and false notices
Complaint information may be shared with the uploader where necessary to resolve the claim. Knowingly false or abusive complaints may result in restrictions and legal consequences. Trademark and impersonation complaints should identify the relevant registration or rights.
These documents describe the current INK product. Legal identity, provider-region and final dispute/liability details must be completed and reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel before a public production launch.
