Data Use & Commercialization Policy

INK does not sell passwords, credentials, private messages, group messages or call media. Private communications are not commercial datasets and are not used by INK to train general AI models.

INK may create statistics and trends for operation, research and product improvement. Any future external product must use aggregation thresholds, data minimization, access controls, re-identification testing and contractual prohibitions on re-identification and unauthorized redistribution.

INK will not activate a new user-level commercial dataset, identifiable API, or materially incompatible AI-training use merely by relying on this document. It will perform a privacy assessment, update notices and request a separate choice where law requires consent.

INK data products may not be used to re-identify people or make decisions about credit, insurance, employment, housing, education, immigration, healthcare or law-enforcement targeting without an independently valid lawful framework and explicit safeguards.
