Age, crisis and high-severity safety rules.
Adults only
INK accounts are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Suspected child accounts and child exploitation reports receive priority handling.
Urgent situations
INK is not an emergency service and does not continuously monitor conversations. Contact local emergency services for imminent danger. AI must not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or crisis support.
Severe harm
INK may remove content, preserve evidence, restrict accounts and make legally required reports concerning exploitation, credible threats, trafficking, terrorism or other severe harm.
These documents describe the current INK product. Legal identity, provider-region and final dispute/liability details must be completed and reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel before a public production launch.
