Requirements for government and law-enforcement data requests.
Valid process
Requests must identify the requesting authority, legal basis, account identifiers, categories sought, relevant dates and an authorized contact. INK reviews scope, jurisdiction and legal validity and may reject overbroad or informal demands.
Emergency and notice
Emergency requests must describe imminent risk of death or serious physical injury. Send official requests to support@inkapp.name.ng. INK may notify affected users unless prohibited by valid law or where notice would create a documented safety risk.
These documents describe the current INK product. Legal identity, provider-region and final dispute/liability details must be completed and reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel before a public production launch.
